Short-Term Financial Advisor

Our client, an established financial services provider based in Midrand, is looking for a seasoned Short-Term Financial Advisor. You will be instrumental in expanding our commercial footprint, managing high-value portfolios, and providing end-to-end risk management solutions for personal and corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a robust client pipeline across general commercial and specialty risk sectors. • Conduct in-depth risk assessments and structure customized protection plans for diverse corporate and individual portfolios. • Drive policy renewals, manage ongoing client accounts, and deliver dedicated support through the claims life cycle. • Prepare quotes, handle policy schedules, support underwriting tasks, and mentor junior administrative staff. • Work within top-tier financial software platforms while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards. Requirements: • 5 years of active advisory experience within the short-term insurance space. • RE5 certified • Drivers license and own vehicle • Matric; relevant tertiary degree (Finance/Economics) preferred. • Strong background in specialized commercial lines (fleet, heavy plant, and construction assets).
